OUR PORTFOLIO
There are many ways to enhance a reprint or an e-print that will make it shine as a part of your marketing collateral or stand out in your press kit. When considering a reprint, it's helpful to appreciate how color and other options can dramatically improve your reprint. Click on each magazine image to view a larger size.
Full-Color Reprints
Don't underestimate the incredible value of printing your article in full-color. A full-color reprint will deliver a professional, high-quality image for your product, your company and your message. Full-color reprints will also be a strong and effective complement to your existing high-quality marketing materials. And if your article includes a color photograph, full-color is definitely your best option to ensure the true integrity of the original article.

Two Color Reprints Two-Color Reprints
Though 2-color reprints may not deliver the same punch as a beautiful full-color reprint, 2-color provides an extra dimension over black and white. With this option, it is advisable that the photography be printed in black.
Black & White Reprints
Black & White reprints represent yet another alternative. Value-added layout options like incorporating your company logo or highlighting text in your reprint will enhance a black & white reprint, but will stand out more impressively if done in full color.

Other Options
Color represents just one of several options a customer has to enhance the reprint. The layout of an article for a reprint requires that an article be re-flowed onto the number of pages necessary to accommodate the article. The new layout opens up new opportunities. When selecting the specifications for your article reprint, consider these examples:
Use of a Logo Use of a Logo
What better way to reinforce your own company's branding than to include your company's logo in the reprint. Oftentimes, a reprint's layout has extra space to accommodate your logo.
Use of an Advertisement
Another way to utilize extra space in your reprint layout is to include an advertisement of your company. If space is not available, we can increase the number of pages or modify your layout to accommodate the addition of your advertisement. Having an advertisement in your reprint increases the impact of this valuable sales tool.
Use of an Advertisement
Use of a Banner Use of a Banner
A banner is a headline that extends across a portion of an article reprint cover page. It can draw your audience's attention to the product or company endorsement behind the magazine cover. By adding a customized banner, you can present your own message, alongside the credible brand of the trade publication.
Use of a Magazine Cover
Many publications have strong brand recognition. By including a full-color magazine cover with your article reprint, you leverage the power of that well-respected brand. This can be especially powerful if your company is the featured cover story. Your audience receives a lasting, positive impression.

Use of Highlighting Use of Highlighting
We live in a fast-paced world. Getting your audience to focus on your message is a challenge. Highlighting offers an opportunity to direct your audience's attention to the glowing copy in the article about your company or product. In a black and white reprint, highlighting can be added in grey.

E-Prints
E-Prints or electronic prints can provide dramatic splash and fuel the buzz for your company and its products in the digital arena. Post them on your public web site or on your intranet. Incorporate them in your press releases or e-mail them in your sales alerts. HTML or PDF versions are the most popular formats for this marketing tool.
