|BEHIND THE SCENES: THE STEPS TO BRING YOUR REPRINT TO YOU. |
We take great pride in our work and the superior service we provide to our customers. To help you understand what goes on behind the scenes once you have ordered your reprint, we've highlighted the key steps in our process to bring your reprint to you!
| ||1. Gather Content: |
Before we start the job, we'll gather everything needed to create your reprint, including the original article content from the publisher and any artwork, logo or advertisement that you have specified to use in the reprint.
|2. Pre-Press: |
In pre-press, the reprint begins to take form as we re-flow the article for the most appealing layout and visual presentation. We'll create a laser proof or PDF of your reprint which gives you a good representation of what the reprint will look like before it is sent to offset printing.
| ||3. Proof Approval: |
You have the opportunity to review the proof and authorize approval prior to sending the job to print. Proofs are sent by FedEx if paper-based or emailed in PDF format.
|4. Printing: |
Your reprints will be printed on multi-color, sheet-fed offset equipment with the highest regard for quality. The press run can be anywhere from 100 pieces on up, depending on the quantity you need. As part of the finishing process, we fold and bind your reprint.
| ||5. Pack & Ship: |
The finished product is shrink-wrapped, carton-packed and shipped by FedEx. You can split your order to ship to multiple locations.
